Camping

Welcome to Moffit Lake Recreational Area. Surrounding the beautiful 64-acre lake, we have campsites that are suitable for both RVs and tent camping. All campsites are equipped with 30- and 50-amp hook ups and water. We have two waste dump stations and three bathhouses located at our campground for your convenience. For the more rugged outdoor enthusiast, we offer unlimited primitive tent camping areas.

Cabins

If you want to enjoy nature from the comfort of a cabin, we offer several different types of cabin settings to suit your needs. Cabins available for rent include four "Rustic Cabins" equipped with full-size and/or twin-size beds, a full bathroom, heating and air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, and deck. Two "Deluxe Cabins" offer the comfort of home with two queen-size bedrooms and two sleeping lofts with twin-size beds as well as one full bathroom, a living room with television, full kitchen, laundry, deck, and firepit. Seven "Premium Cabins" offer one and two queen-size bedrooms and two twin-size beds as well as one full bathroom, a living room with television, full kitchen, deck, and firepit.

Woodlands 1-4

• Cabin 1 – 1 Full-size bed, full bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave
• Cabins 2 & 3 – 1 Full-size bed and 1 twin-size bed, full bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave
• Cabin 4 – 4 Twin-size beds, full bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave

Tiny Pines

• 1 Full-size bed and 1 twin-size bunk bed (Bathhouse close by)

Bunk House

• 7 Twin-size bunk beds and 1 full-size bed, full-size refrigerator (Bathhouse close by)

Deluxe Cabins

• Cedar and Birch – 2 Queen-size bedrooms, 2 lofts each with 2 twin-size beds, full kitchen, living room with couch and television, full bathroom, washer and dryer

What to Bring: Please bring your own kitchen supplies, linens, towels, sleeping bags, pillows, lawn chairs, cleaning supplies, etc.

Premium Cabins

• Maple, Ash, Elm, Oak, and Willow - 1 Queen-size bedroom, 2 twin-size beds, full kitchen, living room with couch and television, full bathroom
• The Pines and Orchard - 1 Queen-size and 1 full-size bedroom, full kitchen, living room with couch and television, full bathroom

What to Bring: Premium cabins are equipped with bed linens, towels for four people, and a kitchen stocked with the essentials.

CHECK OUT TIME:  11:00 a.m. CST

Early check-in is strictly subjected to availability at the time of check-in and the request must be directed and confirmed with the Moffit Lake Manager. A $25.00 fee will be charged for late check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cabin Rental: A $10.00 fee applies to all cancellations regardless of the date. A full refund, less the $10.00 fee, will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within the 7 days before arrival will be subject to a charge of the first night's stay. Failure to show will result in being charged the full reservation cost.

Daily/Weekly Campsite: A $10.00 fee applies to all cancellations regardless of the date. A full refund, less the $10.00 fee, will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours before arrival will be subject to a charge of the first night's stay. Failure to show will result in being charged the full reservation cost.
