Process

The Process Unit is responsible for serving civil documents received from the courts. Thousands of civil process papers are received annually for service by Union County Deputies.

The critical and timely service of hundreds of protective and domestic violence orders received annually is of the highest priority and the responsibility of the deputies assigned to this unit.

This unit receives many court orders directing the Sheriff to evict people from their residential or commercial property or to seize items of personal property to satisfy delinquent debt.
