The Union County Child Support Office is open to the public and services are provided to all Union County residents regardless of income. The following services are provided:

  • Establishment of Paternity
  • Establishment of Child Support Obligations
  • Establishment of Medical Support Orders
  • Enforcement and Collection of Child Support
  • Review and Modification of Child Support Orders

If Union County is the appropriate venue for the case, services are initiated by completing an application which can be obtained online at the Kentucky Child Support Interactive (KCSI) website, by calling (270) 389-0592, or visiting the Child Support Office at 107 S. Morgan Street, Morganfield, Kentucky 42437. You must also provide a copy of any existing Court order along with your completed application.

NOTE: The County Attorney does not provide legal representation to the parent or guardian as a private attorney would but administers the laws of Kentucky to establish paternity, medical support, and child support and collect child support according to Kentucky law. No attorney/client relationship is formed.
