The Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, May 16th. During this primary election, Union County residents will vote for: Governor/Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Auditor of Public Accounts, State Treasurer, and Commissioner of Agriculture. Please keep in mind, this is a PRIMARY ELECTION. You will ONLY be able to vote for candidates who align with your political party affiliation.

Excused In-Person Absentee Voting: Eligible voters, those who will attest to one of the excused reasons by signing an affidavit, can vote in person at the Union County Courthouse from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., May 3rd through May 10th (excluding weekends).

On Election Day, ALL Union County voters will be able to vote at ANY of the following locations - regardless of where you live: 

• Henshaw Christian Church - 237 Chapel Hill Road, Morganfield
• Morganfield Elementary School Gym - 511 South Mart Street, Morganfield
• Pride Community Room - 199 State Route 2090, Clay
• Sturgis Elementary School Gym - 1101 North Grant Street, Sturgis
• Union County Senior Center - 225 Richards Lane, Morganfield
• Uniontown Turner Building - 532 2nd Street, Uniontown
• Waverly KC Hall - 14 North Maple Street, Waverly
